“My only gripe is that there have been occasions when the slug control nematodes have not arrived, , by the time i have realised , we are approaching the next expected delivery date . A text message advising that goods have been dispatched may be beneficial to all”

“I discovered Green Gardener last year. I since moved to natural/organic care for my little garden and I am extremely happy. Yes, organic/natural products won't work in 24 hours like typical commercial products but in the long term they give fantastic results which last much longer. Service has been great so far.”

“I ordered 4 weeks delivery of Encarsia. First 2 weeks arrived promptly but not received any more.(over a week overdue)but that is probably due to the postal service during these challenging times.”

“Always a good variety of products to choose from for organic gardening. Only 4 stars, not because of customer service which is excellent but because recently purchased and used garlic candles (2) were not very efficient. They seem to have a defect in that they burn out too quickly, partially melting the container and leaving a considerable amount of the garlic dust unburnt. So I don't feel confident that all the undesirables in my greenhouse have been knocked out.”
