“I recently had the pleasure of using Go Promotional to create some products for an event, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The products themselves were lovely — simple yet elegant, and they served their purpose perfectly. While the printing was basic, it was clean and professional, which worked well for the occasion. What stood out the most, though, was the excellent customer service. I had placed the order last minute, and I was initially concerned since our usual suppliers couldn’t deliver in time. Thankfully, Go Promotional stepped in and ensured everything was ready to go. Despite the tight timeline, the products were delivered on schedule, and they were exactly what we needed to make the event a success. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience. The products were affordable, timely, and high quality for what we needed. I would definitely recommend White Lotus for anyone looking for reliable, last-minute event supplies without compromising on value.”

“The finished products looked brilliant and very professional. The designs worked really well. The price was reasonable too. Deliveries were painless and the items came through as ready - the turnaround time between placing the order and delivery was impressive. One area for improvement might be to liaise more with the customer as I needed input as to what colour combinations would work best but I had to go with gut feeling eventually.”

“Fast and clear communication. Could answer all question I had and delivered quickly. The coasters look nice but I wish the print was a little more solid, probably a limitation of the cork material. Will get a different material next time.”

“We were really happy with the stress poppers we ordered, people have been loving them at conferences. The colour and design came out really nice and match our branding well. Only complaint is that they took a little longer than initially expected but this was communicated regularly throughout the order process so it wasn't unexpected.”

“GP delivered our order, exactly as agreed and on time, for our event as needed, and the event participants loved our branded pencils, so it was well worth the order! But it was a disappointment to have an initial cheaper quote for stock which was not available when we came to order, so had to change for an off-brand colour at last minute and higher price. In future, please check stock before quoting for short-fulfilment orders.”
