“The customer service is always brilliant. Recently an error was made during printing and the team at Go Pro were happy to resolve the issue immediately - I was incredibly grateful for their understanding.”

“They were quick to respond and help me with any issues along the way and delivery was prompt. The only issue was we paid before we were told the original colour we wanted for a jacket wasn't available but they helped us source another colour.”

“Good service but overpromised and delivered late, by which time the order was no longer needed. I would have preferred if they'd said it couldn't be done in time as I could have tried to get it elsewhere.”

“I was very happy with the product and the communication with Tom. I was quite let down by the delivery side as it was with DPD and they split my orders on numerous occasions. Although this is out of Gopromotional control, I would advise going with another courier. Ones who would communicated if there is going to be any differences with what they originally stated or even amend it on their tracking information. I expected and order on a Friday and didn't get all of it until the following Monday.”

“They worked with me to get the design right and dealt with a changing brief very well. When there was a manufacturer issue with the lid colours, Richard dealt with this swiftly and swapped them out for the correct colour quickly and also gave us discount. I would recommend their services and I will continue to use them.”
