“Rhona Murray made the process very easy and answered any questions I had. She always corresponded quickly and as a first time buyer, this gave me peace of mind. I was delighted that I received the keys with such a quick turnaround. All staff I spoke to in Gildeas were helpful.”

“I feel there was an unnecessary amount of paper work involved, duplicate letters sent saying the same thing, likewise emails saying the same thing as I had already been told in a letter! I feel Gildeas did not really represent me fairly, but instead acted for the third party. My comments and feedback was really not recognised and it was strongly suggested that I go along with their expert's advice. Not really a satisfied customer.”
