“This is the first time I've been involved in a personal injury claim , and I must say it was very frustrating at the amount of time it took (app 10 months ) to be concluded as it was an open and shut case , I had to continually seek updates on how the case was proceeding as I wasn't updated on a regular basis felt like I had to chase Gildeas for info .”

“This is the second time I have used Gildeas. Each time they have been thoroughly professional. The caseworker for me on this occasion was Ruaridh Henderson, who was very diligent. Although I am sure at times he must have been frustrated with the time I would take to respond to his emails even though his phone calls to me were dealt with immediately. I would recommend them, albeit they were appointed to my case by the insurers. I gave them a 5-star rating as I never had any issues with them.”
