“I found that I was kept informed promptly of every step of my claim and was treated with courtesy and understanding. When I had difficulty in obtaining a receipt the solicitor dealt with the matter and resolved it quickly. I had very little to do myself and everything was handled efficiently and within a reasonable timescale. Thank you Gildeas.”

“Very personal and easy doing business thank you. In our case the delay for getting a settlement from the third party was extreme but it would seem to have been unavoidable.”
