“Both Gildeas staff members (David and Kirsty) I dealt with were great . They kept me informed at every stage and I did feel that my case mattered to them. “I recently used Gildeas services when I was in a road traffic accident. I dealt with Deonne who was extremely professional, approachable and friendly in all dealings with her. “Gildeas were professional and supportive throughout the whole claim process following my car accident, even assisting in arranging physiotherapy and CBT to help in my recovery from the accident. I am sure their actions helped to bring the process to a speedier conclusion than would otherwise have been the case, and staff were always friendly and kind.”
