“I found the advice and support every helpful. Not just around the tome of the accident but also throughout my claim process. I felt involved and included in the whole process, whilst not having to worry about it, as I felt that my case was being handled in a professional manner whilst also being seen as an individual person by Seonaidh. This service was very much appreciated, not only because of the accident and the resultant issues, for which I received the appropriate help and support, but also in this time of the Covid19 pandemic it felt very important to me to feel included and valued, which I did.
