“I had Amy Elder deal with my recent compensation claim following a car accident. She was extremely helpful and made sure I was kept updated with my claim. “Very professional service. Regular updates have been provided Case is still on-going Sometimes difficult to speak to contact representative on the phone and when a message is left for a call back there is no return call. Otherwise work is reasonably well done.”

“I would have marked very good. My reason for not doing so is that my claim was handled exceptionally well by Sonia Sommel. She kept me informed regularly and her communications were well set out and clear and she achieved an acceptable settlement. However when, as I understand it, she left on maternity leave communication dried up and I only obtained information by me contacting Gildeas.”

“Unhelpful. Chased my own case and as soon as the liable was granted, Gildeas Edinburgh knew they weren’t going to make money out of it, they told me they could not continue with my case. The girl who was dealing with it had no clue and had to keep going to her manager. Very poor communication, Would not recommend.”
