“Emma made the whole process not only extremely proffesional and efficient but calm. Keeping us fully informed as to exactly at what stage the claim was at by also giving us time frames as to when the insurers had to respond by. The service provided by Emma at gildeas was excellent and second to none we would have no hesitation in recommending Emma and gildeas as the people to go in a time of crisis when a claim has to made.”
