“We corresponded with Marie Maclean and I found her very helpful. She was helpful and supportive in dealing with our claim. The time it took for the claim to be settled appeared quite long, but this was not the fault of Marie. Very good company to deal with.”

“Satisfied with the service received, slightly disappointing that the letter dated 25/09/18 and cheque dated 27/09/18 did not arrive until 09/10/18 but otherwise no other issues and communication from Jodie Macgregor was great throughout.”

“Very professional service. Regular updates have been provided Case is still on-going Sometimes difficult to speak to contact representative on the phone and when a message is left for a call back there is no return call. Otherwise work is reasonably well done.”
