“After a traumatic crash 3 years ago, I was put in touch with this company and they have managed all the issues, paperwork, support and chasing of the other party, who were for the 3 years refusing to accept responsibility. They kept on it and they managed to finally get the other party to accept and it is now all done. I especially want to thank Emma for all her help and keeping me totally Informed.”

“They were professional, courteous, kind and took the stress out of having to deal with the third party involved. The whole team were extremely friendly and helpful, most notably Seonaidh was very supportive throughout the process in handling my case which was the most important thing to me personally. “I was a passenger of a vehicle involved in a collision where I suffered whiplash. I was put on to Gildeas through insurance and I couldn’t fault them for their work! The third party was being rather slow in any communication but Aaron, Kirsty H & Kirsty M were all very informative and helpful all the way through to the end! All three are very professional, helpful and amazing communicators!”

“Not a very understanding company. Dont lissin to your needs and but in to conversations and tell you to be quiet. Handled my road accident claim badly and didn't follow through with opening a trust fund so I lost my government benefits. I believe they are a lawyers firm that has bad communication skills and bad judgment on vulnerable disabled individuals like myself.”

“Four years ago we started my case and yes I am very happy with the outcome and can't recommend you guys highly enough. It's been a long case but right from the start the level of commitment and communication was excellent and the team were very keen to keep a light and friendly approach which instantly relaxed my fears and I felt happy and confident you would do your best. Also many thanks to Fergus and Graeme kc for all their invaluable help despite the logistics of my case. Have a very merry Christmas and Happy New year Colin Fergus was my main contact and an absolute gentleman throughout with reassuring calls and emails. Can't fault him.”
