“I was rear ended in my car. I contacted gildeas solicitors on a no win no fee claim for my injuries. A miss Jennifer condie contacted me and fully explained my legal rights to me and I filled in the claims form which was extremely easy to do. Gildeas did all the work on my behalf and kept me informed at all times with emails and phone calls. Gildeas manged to get me a cash settlement which was for more than I expected. Gildeas was great and I would not hesitate to use them again. I would recommend gildeas to anyone who needs help with their claim. If I knew of anyone who needed help I would have no hesitation in advising them of gildeas solicitors. They were extremly helpful for me. I can't thank them enough for their help”

“Following a road accident last year Gildeas were appointed to represent me in seeking damages from a third party. They kept me informed at every stage and responded promptly and clearly to queries over 14 months. Ultimately when I felt that I was facing delaying tactics by an insurance company who was playing for time I was able to convey this to my contact Jim Donaldson, who conveyed my frustration whilst naming my price to conclude matters. This produced a very acceptable result. In all I found that Gildeas excelled in listening to my views, responding promptly, and representing my interests well.”

“Throughout all of my dealings with your company (Nicola) have been quick precise informative. I am not the most intelligent person but they have made things easier for me to understand along the way. This has been ongoing and if you had Moy come on board I fear we will have still been waiting for the compensation that we dually deserved. Jacqueline's claim is now through and settled, just awaiting to hear the outcome of my own. Your company have kept me up to date with all that is going on along the way.
