“gilders are great but there was some things i was not happy about they estimated my loss of earnings wrong and told me a higher price than i would get then took the price down without explaining why there were hardly any updates to me about what was going on but they got the job done”

We understand your concerns about the change in the estimated loss of earnings figure. Our team worked hard to pursue the highest amount possible on your behalf. However, after reviewing additional wage information, the third party requested further evidence which affected the final calculation. Regarding communication, we acknowledge that you contacted us regularly and we did our best to provide timely updates. We're sorry if any of our responses were unclear or if information was missed. “Deonne handled my case very well. This was my first time being involved in anything like this and Deonne was so helpful during the full process. Any questions I had and anything I was unsure of, Deonne explained it in detail to ensure I was aware of what was happening. I can’t fault Deonne in any way. “My solicitor at Gildeas was excellent at talking through every part of this process with me and answering any questions I had. I knew exactly what was happening at all times throughout the process, which as an autistic client, is very important to me. We had a successful claim and it was a lot easier than i had expected, due to their excellent communication through every step.
