“Gildeas staff in particular Amy Kelly, she always kept me informed at each stage of the claim. She was always very respectful and empathic to my situation. At no point did she judge me for refusing settlement offers and was more than happy to act in my best interest. I am glad i used Gildeas and i recieved a good settlement for my claim. Thank you Amy and Gildeas.”

“Gildeas have been a very great help to me after a lady drove into my car in 2018. I had begun to wonder if it would ever be settled but Jodie and Jeanette were so committed and gave me such support I can't thank them and Gildeas enough.”

“Emma made the whole process not only extremely proffesional and efficient but calm. Keeping us fully informed as to exactly at what stage the claim was at by also giving us time frames as to when the insurers had to respond by. The service provided by Emma at gildeas was excellent and second to none we would have no hesitation in recommending Emma and gildeas as the people to go in a time of crisis when a claim has to made.”
