Really disappointed with this company. The items I purchased where bought in good faith, including a special offer deal, which comprised of three items, an apron, oven gloves and tea towel, which was promoted on their website as a bundle deal. It was also described as the same on the confirmation invoice after purchase. There were confirmation emails, dispatch emails, all as expected. However, when the parcel arrived, only the apron was sent. When I queried this I was told I had only paid for the apron and there was an error with this item on their website. The bundle deal, was never actually a deal, it didn't exist! Surely this is false advertising? They have refused to honour the "on offer bundle deal" I bought. I feel really let down and disappointed. Apparently you can't believe what their website says, so don't necessarily expect to receive the items you have paid for, or for them to honour their side of the deal if they make an error! Really poor customer service given the circumstance. Why was I not contacted when the error was realised? Why did I have to ring you? Surely you should have made contact as soon as you realised your mistake?

Thank you for your review, i am very sorry that we were unable to send the Wrendale apron, tea towel and oven glove set to you, as ordered. As per our conversation, regrettably, there was a glitch in our system that prevented all the items from being sent as a set, and on this occasion, you were only charged for and only received the apron. As this was a technical issue, we were unaware that this had happened before you contacted us, we would, of course, have let you know before dispatching your order. We have now removed the bundle items from our Campus Gifts website to prevent this from happening again. As advised, we have emailed a pre-paid returns label to send the apron back to us if you wish. I can say the customer service and refund process is very efficient. However, the gift I ordered was awful, very tatty and dirty. This was a gift for a special birthday, I was so very disappointed, but they did respond positively and the refund in full was very quick without question.

Having checked the tracking with Royal Mail and anpost in Ireland, unfortunately it appears that there was a problem with customs and the parcel is being returned to us . I wish I could praise you but my card has still not arrived and if not here tomorrow it will be too late for a 50th Birthday. Ordered on the 5th Jan and today is the 22nd. Hopefully I will not be ringing you again on Monday to complain as the card will be of no use to me then.

Ordered items, status is shipped and has been for weeks. When asked where the ordered item was we were told shipped doesn’t mean it’s been shipped it just means it’s being processed. Still no idea when we will receive our items

Very poor and dismissive customer service! If you have a concern regarding your order, yes they’ll respond but they’ll ignore your case in point and dismiss your concerns. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver to you on 3rd as they advised . Once the parcels leave us here and are in the hands of Royal Mail our limited tracking updates us with the information they provide, unfortunately in this instance the information they passed on to us and you was incorrect, I will pass your comments on to our distribution manager to follow up with them , as the tracking information should of course be reliable and accurate. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused, as you waited in for the delivery due to the information they provided, regrettably on this occasion the information was wrong, my sincere apologies. Paid silly money for next day delivery only for them to not deliver the item. Tried to talk to Dhl a couple of times about it as needed it for a birthday party and they were useless. This isn’t campus’ fault but it definitely effects my experience with this retailer and makes me not want to use them again

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback. We can see from the tracking information that your parcel shows as being delivered on the 6th December, please see the link below. In our experience the postman does not always leave a card if the parcel has been left with a neighbour or is a safe place. Therefore, please could I ask you to check with any neighbours to see if they have taken the delivery in for you and the usual ‘Leave safe areas’ like the shed, garage, behind the bin, in the bin etc. Kind regards, Alice @ Customer Service

Product came in a timely manner and was to a good standard. However, the gift wrap I paid for was unpresentable. The present was wrapped poorly, with the ribbon and card at the bottom of the box. This resulted in me having to pay for gift wrapping twice and not having the gift ready on time.

Ordered Ted Baker reed diffusers. One of them was opened .If you want to give items as gifts -be aware you might not be able to present them in original packaging and it will give you an extra journey to the post office to return an item. Queuing in a post office would not have been necessary if you would receive items how it should come. Unfortunately I will not order from Campus Gifts again. Ordering online should be saving our time not creating extra tasks - packaging items,making extra journeys as company refuses to arrange collection.

Hello Agita, Thank you for your review after our phone call this morning. As per our call, the diffusers that you ordered are in a sealed, unopened box, just like the sealed unopened diffuser you received, and some have an additional plastic packaging. However, not all of them have this additional plastic and they are only advertised as being boxed. As per our call, on this occasion as a goodwill gesture, we sent you out another diffuser with the additional packaging to match the other two diffusers you already received with a returns label for you to kindly return the diffuser you did not want. Usually we kindly ask customers to pay for the returns postage when items are not damaged or wrong, however on this occasion we offered to send you the replacement and to pay for your return. We therefore apologise that you feel your experience of Campus Gifts has been a negative one today. We have of course passed your comments onto our stock and picking/packing team.
