My parcel didn’t arrive within given timescale and when I emailed the company they sent a quick response saying their tracking showed a delivery has been attempted and the parcel was at the local sorting office (even supplied a reference!) Without this I wouldn’t have known as I wasn’t left a card by Royal Mail! Parcel was then collected & I'm a very happy customer ;)”

We can see from the tracking information that your parcel shows as being delivered on the 6th December, please see the link below. In our experience the postman does not always leave a card if the parcel has been left with a neighbour or is a safe place. Therefore, please could I ask you to check with any neighbours to see if they have taken the delivery in for you and the usual ‘Leave safe areas’ like the shed, garage, behind the bin, in the bin etc.
