We can see from the tracking information that your parcel shows as being delivered on the 6th December, please see the link below. In our experience the postman does not always leave a card if the parcel has been left with a neighbour or is a safe place. Therefore, please could I ask you to check with any neighbours to see if they have taken the delivery in for you and the usual ‘Leave safe areas’ like the shed, garage, behind the bin, in the bin etc.

Hello, thank you for your review, i am sorry that you are disappointed with the chocolate bombs, these have been very popular, on our website we do advise the weight of them and when added to hot milk they make a generous sized hot chocolate.
