The prices are always very reasonable- they excel particularly at the kids gifts in my opinion, though I have bought for adults too, and there is always something quirky and a bit different in stock. My last order, I was sent the wrong item, and when I called, the correct item was sent out and arrived the following day along with free postage to return the incorrect item. The resolution was amazingly quick, no quibbling, and good communication throughout. Very impressed with the service. Sometimes you realise how good a company is when there is a problem. Really couldn’t fault them.”
