“Although my order did get temporarily lost in the post, CampusGifts were very helpful and I did eventually receive my great value and fabulous Item. They dispatched really quickly but Royal Mail accidentally sent it to the wrong depot.”
Good afternoon Barry, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your order. We do not amend the shipping details of any orders received, so I am concerned to hear this. I have just now sent you across an email with details on how to resolve this for you. I am once again sorry for the inconvenience caused, and I will look to rectify this as a matter of urgency for you. Kind regards, George @ Temptation Gifts
“First time customer with Campus Gifts & all very good really. Easy to order, very prompt delivery & packaging good . Very nice website & granddaughter thrilled with her gorgeous little Backberry Doll by Jellycat”
“Excellent service. Prompt delivery items were as described. I have no hesitation in recommending campus gifts and will hopefully buy from them again in the future”
“My daughter is delighted with her two Jellycats she bought a large Smudge the elephant and a small fuddle wuddle elephant. She is in love with Smudge, he is sooo soft and cuddly. We order from Campus Gifts fairly occasionally, but when we do, we have been impressed with the speed of delivery and a very courteous service when I have had occasion to ring up. Very pleased all round.”
