I am sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver to you on 3rd as they advised . Once the parcels leave us here and are in the hands of Royal Mail our limited tracking updates us with the information they provide, unfortunately in this instance the information they passed on to us and you was incorrect, I will pass your comments on to our distribution manager to follow up with them , as the tracking information should of course be reliable and accurate. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused, as you waited in for the delivery due to the information they provided, regrettably on this occasion the information was wrong, my sincere apologies.
