Looking at your order, we can see you have chosen standard delivery. We aim to dispatch all standard orders withing 2 days and then once dispatched Royal Mail has an expected delivery of 2-5 working days (this excludes weekends).
I can confirm that we received your order on Wednesday 6th November at 9pm and this was dispatched in the morning on Friday 8th and was delivered on Monday 11th. We kindly recommend to customers who want their orders sooner that they place their order using premium delivery.
