“Having difficulty obtaining the Beetle Game locally I was pleased to find one on Campus Gifts. This is a game my family have enjoyed for many years especially on caravan holidays ! I needed one as a prize for a beetle drive as it seemed the perfect beetle related prize. Delivery was very quick and I also ordered one for a friend. “Ordered Ted Baker reed diffusers. One of them was opened .If you want to give items as gifts -be aware you might not be able to present them in original packaging and it will give you an extra journey to the post office to return an item. Queuing in a post office would not have been necessary if you would receive items how it should come. Unfortunately I will not order from Campus Gifts again. Ordering online should be saving our time not creating extra tasks - packaging items,making extra journeys as company refuses to arrange collection.”

Thank you for your review after our phone call this morning. As per our call, the diffusers that you ordered are in a sealed, unopened box, just like the sealed unopened diffuser you received, and some have an additional plastic packaging. However, not all of them have this additional plastic and they are only advertised as being boxed.
As per our call, on this occasion as a goodwill gesture, we sent you out another diffuser with the additional packaging to match the other two diffusers you already received with a returns label for you to kindly return the diffuser you did not want. Usually we kindly ask customers to pay for the returns postage when items are not damaged or wrong, however on this occasion we offered to send you the replacement and to pay for your return.
We therefore apologise that you feel your experience of Campus Gifts has been a negative one today. We have of course passed your comments onto our stock and picking/packing team.

“I ordered this soft toy keyring which is pictured with a child friendly pink plastic clip, but when it arrived it had a small metal clip which was unsuitable for a child. When I asked the customer service team for advice, I was directed to some small print on the item page which does ideed state that the metal clip may be substituted depending on stock. However the metal clip was not pictured anywhere, and although I was offered a refund, I was told that a postage charge of £3.50 would be deducted from the total - a fee higher than the cost of the item. All things considered, I unfortunately won't be ordering from Campus Gifts again.”
Hello, thank you for your feedback, i am sorry that you are disappointed with the key ring. TY themselves have changed the key-klips and send some that are metal and some that are plastic , which we do advise on our website. On this occasion, if you can email a photo of the one you have received, we will refund you in full for your order, with no need to send the item back to us. Looking at your order, we can see you have chosen standard delivery. We aim to dispatch all standard orders withing 2 days and then once dispatched Royal Mail has an expected delivery of 2-5 working days (this excludes weekends).
I can confirm that we received your order on Wednesday 6th November at 9pm and this was dispatched in the morning on Friday 8th and was delivered on Monday 11th. We kindly recommend to customers who want their orders sooner that they place their order using premium delivery.
