The lady from customer services was very apologetic and pleasant, however no good will gesture given and I now have to print out returns labels and post the item back in order to get a refund when the error was not mine.”

We are very sorry that the Santa does not look the same as the one shown on our website with the plain red velvet bow and you have received a Santa with a sparkly bow, regrettably, Jellycat have changed the design. We have of course sent you a pre-paid returns label and customer return request form, please send this back whenever you feel safe to do so.
