“Very difficult to judge how big / small the stamp will come out. I ordered something quite small with text which is easy to view on screen but a blur on the stamp! I can’t now use it. Very expensive mistake!”

Hi Charlotte, I'm really sorry to hear that. As the customer provides both the image and size they require we only reach out in the most extreme cases if we are concerned that it won't work. We offer sizing accurate to the mm and offer everything from 1cm to 10cm and people have all sorts of specific uses including stamps that need to be tiny for use on loyalty cards etc. So it would be counterintuitive to check with every customer if they are sure with the size they have chosen. I hope that explains it a bit and apologies if it comes across as lack of care. I assure you it isn't! Having said that, we can see you had added quite a long domain name in the designer and that should have been a clue that legibility was important. At the 1.5cm chosen this was obviously not going to be legible so we agree this should have been flagged as one of those more extreme cases! Hi Aidan, I'm sorry to hear that. I notice you didn't buy an ink pad from us so I can't comment on the quality of the pad you are using.
