Hi Jane, Sorry to hear its giving you trouble. The stamp should give a perfect impression when used correctly. I had a look at your order and notice you didn't buy an ink pad from us. We recommend the ink pads made by tsukineko, they are the best available. If you use a versafine ink pad i'm confident you will get a much better impression. Hope that helps! Many thanks, Henry

“Just not happy. Second stamp I ordered. 5cm and it wasn’t that at all, the width of the sentence was 5cm but the letters certainly not. Not legible. Disappointed, especially given you didn’t reply when I complained I wasn’t happy. Won’t be recommending or using again. Thankyou for Your reply Henry. I didn’t receive a reply in my junk or anywhere. The stamp is not legible as I said, and a waste of £25.”

Hi Sue, Sorry to hear you aren’t happy. We have actually replied to your email so apologies if you have not received that. It could have found its way into your junk mail. As for the sizing, that is correct, the size you choose is the size of the stamp. We’re not sure what you mean by the size of the letters.
