“The product itself is good, but communication could definitely be improved. I ordered two stamps and received no form of communication whatsoever. No confirmation email, no order in progress email, no dispatch email, nothing. The stamps arrived within five days which is an excellent turnaround - no complaints there - but again the box was simply the stamps without any 'thank you for your business' type message to be seen. It may seem like I am being unduly harsh criticising the order process when the product itself is good, but I feel a more personal approach would have made such a difference. It would also have reassured me that my order had actually been received.”

Hi James, Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear you weren't receiving our emails. We do send them all! I would imagine that they are either in your junk mail folder or that your email client might be bouncing them. It's a fairly common issue for smaller businesses but there is regrettably nothing that can be done from it aside from hoping to one day be large enough that the email clients recognise that it is not sales spam.
