Hi Josie, I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with your stamp. I'm a little confused by the shrinking thing. The stamp is your exact image that you designed without any changes at the 5cm that you ordered? The way you have designed it is not 5cm by 5cm though, it measures 5cm by 4cm. If you were hoping that we would adjust the spacing or would enlarge the logo for you, these are definitely things we could have done but we would need them to be requested before we made the stamp as if no notes are added to the order we need to assume that the order should match the design as is.
