“The stamp with writing on it is unsuable!! Small, smudges, cant be read, ink all around the outside...tried pressing it hard into ink, softly into ink, tried stamping hard, stamping soft...unsuable and waste of money!! The stamp of our logo is fab, but the writing is horrible. Not the size as on the screen, the pad is too small for the handle...they would have known this didn't suit or fit and instead of reaching out to fix/suggest bigger, they sent it out. No answer on email or fb messages. First fb message they admitted they 'hardly check emails'...so what's the point? Refund please or redesigned, usable, readable stamp.”

These results don’t look good, if you reach out to us via email we should be able to help improve the result you are getting. I’m also sorry for any confusion with our wording.
