Hi Rachael, I'm really sorry to hear that the product wasn't as you expected. That certainly doesn't sound like it was of the quality we intend to send out! For some info, the stamps are handmade so if it was stuck down wonky that is likely just human error. The handles are all tumble sanded so a little unsure what might have happened there but that's no good at all if you found it to be splintered. In a case like this, we would happily make you a replacement if you were interested? Many thanks, Henry
