“Just not happy. Second stamp I ordered. 5cm and it wasn’t that at all, the width of the sentence was 5cm but the letters certainly not. Not legible. Disappointed, especially given you didn’t reply when I complained I wasn’t happy. Won’t be recommending or using again. Thankyou for Your reply Henry. I didn’t receive a reply in my junk or anywhere. The stamp is not legible as I said, and a waste of £25.”

Hi Sue, Sorry to hear you aren’t happy. We have actually replied to your email so apologies if you have not received that. It could have found its way into your junk mail. As for the sizing, that is correct, the size you choose is the size of the stamp. We’re not sure what you mean by the size of the letters. If the letters were 5cm your stamp would be over a metre long! If there is anything we can do or if you would like further clarification just drop us an email. Many thanks, Henry

“I wanted a stamp for a library colleague's 40th work anniversary and I found the website of Get Stamped LTD whilst searching. The built in stamp creater was really good and easy to use. I made an image with text and sent off for the stamp. It came after a few days, well packaged and with an ink pad I ordered at the same time. The stamp is very good quality and looks exactly like the image I provided. Really pleased and would recommend.”

“The 4 stamps I had produced are immaculate. The precision of my logo and especially my QR scan code is incredible. Considering the design process, I simply loaded an image of my logo to the website and requested the stamp size, that was it. The 4 stamps arrived within 3 days of order and they are of the highest quality. The scan codes actually work. It was an added bonus to receive such great discount for multiple orders as well. “Frustratingly, it isn’t quite as good as I was hoping (especially as I went for the more expensive Embossing stamp). It doesn’t emboss clearly and won’t “show up” at all if it’s any type of cardboard/paper thicker than A4 printer paper. I can’t use it for everything I intended to!”

“Absolutely adore my custom stamps. I've had four made over the past few years, three of these in the past few weeks. I have my logo in two different sizes, plus some additional stamps I've had made for specific products I make to sell. The quality is excellent, and so is the service - the stamps always arrive within a few days, and are very well packaged with nice eco-friendly materials.
