"Love how convenient nourished is, all vitamins in one place V various different bottles and pills to take daily. I like that you can pick the flavour, only one downside is there is a strong liqourice taste coming through on mine, maybe making it less enjoyable. Would consider understanding what component causes the taste and looking for an alternative.. but nourished gives thar flexibility which is great."

"I really love these! They taste great, they have a good texture (I\u2019m very texture-sensitive). Getting 7 supplements in one is fab and they feel like such a treat. Being individually wrapped is super helpful. It took awhile to get my first box, about two weeks, then after three weeks I got an email to say my next one was being prepared (great!) but then it was silence for two weeks\u2026. I was really disappointed that I\u2019d ran out and hadn\u2019t received the next box, and a bit concerned about the company, however the customer service was great- I got in touch and they fixed it straight away and promised a 30% discount on next months, I also received the box within a few days. That was very reassuring. I notice improvements from the iron and potentially some other health changes but I\u2019m only 6 weeks in so it is a bit early! I\u2019m going to edit it slightly to get more benefits and find the best mixture for me. I\u2019m really happy with this and very much recommend it, I\u2019ve been recommending it to everyone!"

"I've been using the nourishment layers stacks for a few weeks now, and I'm definitely seeing results! Since I can't take any prescription meds for menopause, having a custom stack tailored for my needs has been invaluable. I definitely feel more balanced. What I love most is the ability to customize my own layers and swap them out for different ones within the stack for my next monthly order. It's a brilliant customized nutrient stack.\r\nIt would be helpful if the packets were enclosed in some sort of bag, as they currently come individually wrapped and loose in the box. This would make storage more organized and convenient."
