“I have been taking the Nourished vitamins regularly and have been feeling much better. I’d usually suffer with more colds and flu around this time of year but I have been fine! “Nourished has made me consistently take my vitamins. There's something about the squishy little lump in it's own packaging that makes it a delight to take vitamins – one of the most boring tasks in the day. It's like unwrapping a present every morning. I decided to stop at one point because I thought it was too expensive – I ended up buying vitamin pills that have just been sat on my countertop. No one wants to swallow pills. Nourished is worth the money for making me change my habits alone.”

“I used to take about 7 different capsule supplements and knew that ingesting that muvh chalk/capsule casing probably wasn't great. I really liked the idea of the gummies. I was a bit concerned that they would give me stomach issues, especially with the HTP I chose, which hasn't agreed with me in the past, but they're fantastic. No digestion issues, great taste, easy to get all my supplements in one go and I enjoy eating them! Would definitely recommend. Also very happy that the wrappers are biodegradable.”

“I was so excited to try these as I've definitely been lacking in the right vitamins. It's only been 3 weeks but I am definitely seeing a change in my brain fog. I choose the sweet strawberry coating but I don't find it masks all the vitamin flavour so I must have a strong flavoured vitamin in my stack but it's still edible. Haven't seen much of a difference in my sleep yet but it hasn't been very long so will wait and see. I really struggle to swallow tablets to this is definitely a better solution for me.”

We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon!
