“I’ve always found it difficult to remember to take regular pills, especially keeping up with vitamins while I’m on holiday etc. The last 2 months of taking nourished supplements, it’s been so easy to remember to take and actually enjoyable. The texture is slightly more mushy than I’d imagined but not unpleasant. The only let down for me is the slow production, I’ve had a wait time between finishing one month and starting the next, which is a shame.”

We do usually time the orders so that you should have no gaps between your orders as we understand the importance of consistent consumption, however sometimes external delivery factors can cause delays.

“So far I am happy with nourished. They do seem to take a while to come so there was a gap between the boxes. 2 months in I feel a slight change. I like that you can adapt them to changing needs. They are yummy and easy to take which is great. The stacking is kinda cool. I think I will keep going with them and think really it will be a few more months until I see/feel the full results. Thank you!”

“I am only on my 2nd Nourished box but I can see a difference that it is making to some parts of my health already! I am anaemic so I included iron in my stack. First thing that's great as I found this version of iron so much easier to digest as I've had trouble with medically prescribed iron. Second, the telltale symptoms of my anaemia have almost disappeared! I had a deep horizontal ridge in my thumb nail which has nearly smoothed out and I no longer get restless leg syndrome at night which is great. I have also included pre- and post-biotics in my stack in the hope it improves my mild gut issues but no major improvements there but hoping that over time it will improve. The delivery is always super swift and I love that the box fits in the letterbox. I've had the sour pineapple and sour cola flavours. I prefer the cola. Like many others I find the texture of the gummy a bit weird, still find it a bit hard to get used to ha. And I find the texture can be ever so slightly weird as I get to the end of my month. And that is the only reason for the 4 stars. I really hope as the business grows they can perfect the texture a bit more. I am very impressed so far, I love that it's a local innovative UK business too (West Midlands).”

“Customer service is absolutely great, quick replies, no issues! Nourish itself i don’t like the consistency, it’s too soft and gelatiney for me personally and the taste is not great. I tried the sweet apple and don’t really think it tastes like that at all. But will try a different flavour next time! All in all i think its a great way of getting your vitamins in! Thank you!”

“I have noticed a difference since taking the vitamins. Better sleep, more energy, better mood. Only slight negative is the texture of the “gummies”, which is very different to what I expected when buying a gummy. But aside from that, I would highly recommend”

“3 weeks in roughly to consistent use of the vitamin. So far so good. Definately tastes better than adding 4-5 different gummy vitamins. Biggest thing I can say - the "sour flavoring" isn't as sour or flavor specific as I would've hoped. Results? I don't think anyone can/should share any results without a couple months under their belt taking the vitamins. Personally - I haven't seen a decline in vitamin results.. but I've taken vitamins consistently for years.”

“I was recommended by my son to try your products it's early days but I don't feel so lethargic and unlike other vitamin products I can feel an improvement in my self. Being a diabetic I have to be careful of what I take , but as this is made for my needs I an confident I will see more benefits over the coming months”
