“I absolutely love my Nourished personalised vitamins. Not only do they look and taste great, they are balanced to my individual needs and offer value for money for a tailored approach. What's more, the balance of nutrients and supplements can be updated as needs change overtime. Would highly recommend. Fantastic customer service too, very helpful and speedy to respond.”

“I've always been conscious of everyday health but more so recently my particular lifestyle habits that need closer attention. Not one for hundreds of different tablets a day, the Nourished pack pretty much hit the nail on the head when it came to simplicity, getting to the source of health concerns with the questionnaire, the presentation of the chewies and most importantly the affordability.”

“Absolutely love getting my vitamins from Nourished - I built a custom stack and it solves the issues of everything I'd put in the form, and was really well balanced. I love that you can change the flavours and being a gummy they're so much easier to take than traditional vitamins. They arrive well packed and them being individually wrapped works really well for taking them away in holiday etc too. Can't wait for next months box.”
