“I’ve nearly finished my first month of my personalised ‘nourishments’. While it’s probably a little too early to tell whether I’ve had a noticeable improvement on all aspects, there has definitely been some. I’m feeling more positive, less stressed & with a little more energy. The fact that they are easy to take is a huge bonus & that everything is in one gummy makes a big difference as I often struggle with swallowing tablets/ pills. They’re pleasant to taste although I personally find them very sweet, so I tend to take mine by taking bites rather than all at once! Overall I’m very pleased,& hope that over the next couple of months I’ll continue to see the benefits.”

What a wonderful review, thanks Karen 🤩 It is amazing to hear that you are starting to feel some of the benefits of your stacks, we always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual. We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon!

“I’ve been taking my nourished gummies for a few months now, which is the longest I’ve managed to consistently take vitamins ever. I actually look forward to taking it in the morning. I’ve been doing the cola flavor, but next month I’m trying green apple. I like that you can switch it up if you get bored of a flavor. One of my main goals was weight loss, and I do feel like it’s been easier to stick to my diet. I’ve managed to lose 10lbs over the last couple months. Overall I think it’s worth the price! And customer service has been very helpful and fast”
