“Good selection and quality of vitamins available. The subscription service needs work though. You will go a few days without until they actually send your next box out to to you”

“Great taste, have noticed after ~2 months I've been sleeping better and feeling a bit more energised. Wish that they would be delivered without needing a signature/delivery photo and just post through the slot but not a huge problem...”

“Super helpful information on all the different supplements so you can make an informed decision on what to include in your stack. The taste is kinda like dried fruit (I got used to it very quickly - sour apple is my favourite coating so far) and the packaging is convenient. Delivery isn’t the most efficient, but overall the website is easy to make changes on and I’ve had a good experience so far!”

Thanks for the great review 🤩 That is correct, we always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual

“Really enjoy the nourished product, taking the online test to understand what nutrients are best for me and then having a months supply delivered is great. The actual nutrients come in a gummy form which I prefer to usual tablets as they’re easier to eat and it doesn’t feel like a chore taking one every morning. The price is a bit higher than I would like but overall I would definitely recommend.”

“I love the convenience of getting 7 vitamins/supplements in one dose. Priced at £30 to £40 for 28 doses actually works out depending on where you get your vitamins from sometimes better/sometimes worse. It all depends on the number of supplements /vitamins you are planning to consume. Currently I pay £65.00 for 28 doses and that equates to 14 vitamins/supplements/month. If I do quick maths - 14 - depending on the brand you buy - Vitamins can range from £9.99 to £29.99 for 30/60/90 doses - so you do the math!”

My only negative would be that the taste isn’t amazing but I have put that down to my stack including iron and a few other ingredients with strong flavour.”
