However, I feel that the product is well personalised to my needs, the service was quick, and the supplements are tasty. “I've been using the nourishment layers stacks for a few weeks now, and I'm definitely seeing results! Since I can't take any prescription meds for menopause, having a custom stack tailored for my needs has been invaluable. I definitely feel more balanced. What I love most is the ability to customize my own layers and swap them out for different ones within the stack for my next monthly order. It's a brilliant customized nutrient stack. It would be helpful if the packets were enclosed in some sort of bag, as they currently come individually wrapped and loose in the box. This would make storage more organized and convenient.”

“I’m 55 and needed to add a much needed boost to my healthy lifestyle. I’m not a health fanatic but the older I get the more aware I am of eating the right things and giving my body what it needs. When you start looking at supplements it’s an endless sea of pills and claims, you can end up spending a fortune. Then I saw Nourished. I loved the personalisation of them, which you can change every month, but I think you should stick with one combo for at least 2-3 months to really notice any change. It’s one tasty gummie that I have after breakfast, the cola flavoured ones are great, so too are the water melon ones. Build up your personal nutrition boost and subscribe, thats all you need! Easy, personalised and very affordable……oh and yummy too!”
