“It’s still early days on my Nourished journey but I do feel like I have some more energy and that it is helping with the specific needs I pointed out when tailoring my stack. I chose Nourished as it was more cost effective than buying multiple supplements and it’s easier to just take the one gummie than the 6 that I would have potentially had to! Delivery is great, and the packaging is all recyclable. The individual wrappings make it easy for travel as well. The texture took a bit of getting used to as I was expecting something firmer and I think it’s great that you can change the flavour if you want to switch up. I have already requested a change for next month as I’m keen to try some of the other flavours!”

“I saw Nourished through an ad on Facebook. Maybe my phone had been listening to me again as I was talking about getting some personalised vitamins due to having lack of energy. I signed up to Nourished and went through the questionnaire. I had Nourished recommend me certain layers to help with mental health and enery, I also chose the sweet Apple flavour. Up on arrival, it comes in eco packaging, even the wrappers for every individual vitamin sweet. The vitamin themselves, you can see every layer and tastes exactly like a sweet. You wonder how these are healthy but knowing whats in them, you go along with it. Very tasty and havev the placebo effect currently. I want to keep going with them to see more of an upturn in my energy levels. I have started doing more running on my lunch breaks and feel less lethargic. Top notch, thank you!”

“Everyone is different. Everyone has different needs, has different lifestyles and their own dietary support requirements for themselves as individuals. So why shouldn’t your nutritional support be as unique as you are? That’s why I love Nourished. Their detailed ‘quiz’ they take you through initially, helps them tailor your supplement to your own particular requirements. But what if your requirements change?! Just re-do the quiz and get a new ‘recipe’ or you can keep your recipe but simply change the flavour - whenever you want! I’ve only been in the plan for a month, but I love it. I have noticed a difference in my sleep and subsequent energy levels. I’d recommend Nourished to anyone!”

“Although they took a little while to arrive due to a customs hold up (no fault of Nourished), once they did arrive it was worth the wait. These custom vitamens are tastier than other gummie vitaments I've tried before. It's early days, but I feel like these are defintley helping me.”

“I’ve always struggled to swallow tablets so when I come across these I knew I had to give them a go! The texture is a little strange at first but you get use to that and the taste is great. I like you can customise these to your needs. Would highly recommend.”
