“I really like the fact you can change the combination of stacks each month if I want to and choose from so many different flavours. The stacks are so much better than taking multiple tablets every day”

“I have been a user of Nourished since they first started. I am an early adopter and the innovation in the product blew my mind. Plus it is a female-founded company which is always awesome to see. I know they use the best in class ingredients (such as HydroCurc) as I do my own research. I love the customisability and the customer service is first class. “I’ve been taking nourished for 2 months now. I had been struggling to find something that fit perfectly with me. The nourished quiz was so helpful and I knew for my that point on I was getting exactly what I needed. I find the texture a little mushy but I’m used to it now and if you get the flavour right it really helps. It’s so easy to remember every morning and I love that it’s made just for me!”

“I was encouraged by my son to try these as I got fed up of pill popping supplements that became like a chore every day, he helped me to pick the right supplements along with the online questionnaire and now I have a tasty one a day supplement gummy treat to take. It’s only the beginning of Month 2 but I am slowly beginning to see the benefits of these custom produced supplements based on my health needs and I would recommend anyone to give them a try, even if only for a month or two to see how it can change your way of eating and keeping healthy.”
