“I've been with Nourished for years and can't ever see myself cancelling my subscription. I feel assured whenever my box comes through my letterbox. It's such a habit and routine now that at times I don't even expect to see a box. I love the education on the different ingredients and that I can personalise my ingredients whenever my circumstances change. Truly an incredible service! When the box shape was changed to fit through the letterboxes, it was an even better service. And WHENEVER I've had an issue (not an exaggeration; literally every time), the team has gone above and beyond—including offering discounts at times. Remarkable. “I was trying to find personalised vitamins as didn’t know 100% what my body needed. I knew that I needed Iron and B12 and all other vitamins suppliers didn’t include this apart from nourished! Suffering from endometriosis means that my body goes through real main and turmoils every month. But the vitamins supplied have eased off a lot of my symptoms and I’m so happy.”

“I was pretty sceptical but intrigued, so i thought id try it and so far its been nothing but excellent! I feel better taking them and since i have some health issues that is very important but also i had an issue with one of the boxes being broken when it arrived and customer service was really good and fixed it for me with non of the usual - banging my head against a wall to get a human while a robot sends you in circles to only be told by a human that «though» - (i’m assuming thats not just my experience of these chat functions) so the ability to count on great service if there is an issue is putting me at ease and making me want to stick with them too because it overall has a good feeling to it. I would say it can be a bit confusing when to expect it cause most things arnt getting printed when you pay for it so just be aware that the next paymentdate is probably more like 10 days from when it arrives so if you are moving the paymentdate cause u think u have too many left, that is something to keep in mind that they could communicate slightly better :)”

“They call it Customer Love rather than customer service & frankly this is what it is! I have never had to return anything, the response is always super efficient & super, genuinely friendly, delivery is prompt & I get a notification letting me know my personalised stacks are being prepared & then when to expect them. If I want to change my order I let them know & it is never any trouble at all. Literally when I asked them to pause my order as I was collecting too many stacks they friendly, efficient response made me smile :)”
