“It's still too early to tell a difference with how I am feeling, but I bought two gummies, one in strawberry sweet and one in pineapple sour. I changed my next order to all sour because it tastes like my childhood sour patch kids. Feels kind of naughty to have such an indulgence every day. Looking forward to some time to see how the results are beyond my sour tooth!”

“It is early days with taking Nourished so I cannot really comment on their efficacy - that said reducing the number of tablets I was taking to one easy to take, tasty and "customised" portion per day seems like a great step forward. On the packaging, I would look at moving to a box size (width and height) that you know will be able to go through a standard letterbox to avoid the dreaded "missed delivery" note through the door. Further to this I am nearly at the end of the first subscription and all seems good - love only taking one dose rather than lots of tablets and they are easy to take - feels like the packaging still needs work but overall first class”

“Bought these for my daughter as she is pescatarian. She seems to be enjoying them only on our first month. Each vitamin is individually wrapped which is great as easy to pop in your bag if going away. Only thing I have found is that I needed to write the date on each wrapper as she occasionally missed a day. Great that I can do this as with a bottle I’d have no idea.”

“It's a great product and idea. Tastes nice so no problem there. I did have to stop taking them after about 5 days though. I noticed a strange increase in anxiety and depression during taking these and I believe it was because my batch contained ashwagandha. After I stopped I was back to normal again. I Iooked into it and ashwagandha can have this side effect, probably made worse for me as I'm prone to anxiety/depression which I take medication for (citalopram). Like I said great product, but just something to be cautious of.”

We would always recommend that should you have any concerns about your health or medication, that you should always consult with a medical practitioner before taking any vitamin or supplements. We can always swap out the ingredient for a different option too 😊
