“As far as the knives and hatchet go they came all sharp . I have not used them yet but service was quick . Bought from store before and have had one of the knifes for about 5 years know . And it's excellent for what I have used it for so far”

“Fast delivery and top notch laser engraving. However, knife is intended as a gift and was supplied in it's original blister pack which had been cut open for engraving with the knife then put back inside and sealed with a piece of sticky tape. Not ideal. I wrote to customer services and told theme of my issue. They were brilliant. Quick response, took my comments on board and sent out a lovely tin in which to present the engraved knife to my brother on Christmas Day. Top recovery Gerber! Recommended but ask how the knife will be supplied if you are having it engraved.”

“Gerbers, thanks for the great wee scissors/knife. However you failed to mention VAT in your advertising, only adding it at the check-out stage. A Yankee in Edinburgh, I don’t know the rules here, but that seems slightly deceptive. I’ve not noticed the practise in other advertising. Please explain.”

“The items received on my son's behalf are actually a birthday present, from me to him: Funny way of doing things for ones birthday ~ (on Nov/3rd):. Well, maybe!! I believe he has used one before, that was someone else's; & was so impressed, he wanted one of his own! Now he'll have one!!”

“I was hesitant to get this knife because it's difficult to say something is perfect. But this knife deserves it for the price and utility/durability it presents. this relatively cheap knife is a true survival knife. Its very sturdy with no blade play and has a good weight to it. All this makes it very trustful. The handle is fantastic. Rubberised grip to absorb impact, some pieces of plastic but not a big deal, a fine hilt and fits VERY nicely in the hand unlike the BG scout knife. With a dual thumb stud it opens easily, locks into place very well and has a small back lock to close it swiftly. The thick but not too heavy high carbon steel blade is half serrated and comes reasonably sharp but with some touching up and the force that can be out behind it...it doesn't matter. overall great knife good job BG and Gerber id defiantly recommend it to any survivalist or hunter alike.”

“very good sturdy products i bought the axe with the saw in the handle the saw is a lil small but the rough saw pattern compansates for that as u can still cut through a pretty hefty branch in no time and the axe head cuts really well to was delivered quickly i would recomend this axe!”

“Service and delivery was spot on, the letter case is very well made but one thing prevents me giving five stars. The case is obviously not made for Gerber tools, mine barely squeezes into it and is a good inch shorter than the case making it much bulkier to carry.”

“I have a small collection of Gerber multi-tools, sort of different sizes for different tasks going from keyring size to large. I also have a knife and a torch. All are brilliant and have withstood all tasks without any problems, and all look as good as the day I got them.”
