“Well laid out web store however after purchasing my items I found them cheaper at Blacks and the First order £5 off voucher was not available when I checked out so was pretty annoyed about that too . Having said that the items arrived when stated but have not yet been able to check engraving etc as the Gerber Multi tool is a Christmas present for someone else .”

“Good products and good delivery but sadly the Farrar & Tanner 5” nylon pouch isn’t that great for a mp600 multi tool as it’s too tight and doesn’t fully sit in the pouch so it closes properly”

“Good service and fast delivery. Free oil and sharpening stone was a nice extra. My only criticism is the Gerber mp600 bladeless pictured on the site differed from the item received. The picture needs to be updated.”

“Store very good. Sheath supplied with Bear Grylls multitool absolute rubbish. Had to buy a different leather one elsewhere which was a big let down.”

“Very good quality product. Engraving is good but the product is cut out of the original packaging and the selotaped back in. As an engraved gift it would be nice to either put it in new packaging, or have the option of a gift box or similar. Also, note that when ordering more than one engraved product, there is no way of knowing which is which as they do not come marked up, (if they have different engravings) unless you remove from the packaging. Other than this it's a quality tool.”

“Arrived as planned and looks like it's in good shape. Just a shame that the laser etching could only go on the in built saw and not on the axe head itself somewhere, as I bought it for "Ye Olde Battleaxe" herself.”

“The Gerber product was to the usual high standard you expect of Gerber however, however we paid for some engraving on the knife blade which turned out to be rather disappointing as it was not particularly clear/well defined.”

“I found a knife here, that I couldn't find at any local re-seller in my country (Slovakia). I bought the knife from the UK e-shop and got a free flashlight/torch!! This order was accepted and dispatched within 24 hours and delivered from UK to Slovakia in one week - this is great! One thing is, that there could be an estimated delivery time mentioned at the time of order - it would be helpful. But I am still very happy and content, even though the price was a bit higher, than if I'd buy it locally. But as mentioned, it was already out of stock so I took the higher price ;)”

“I am very pleased with the multi tool (order #24660 - GER24660) I have purchased, which replaces one that I have lost. However, my initial purchase was a "Balance" which I bought through an independent retailer. This one was returned as being seriously badly designed. In particular, the knife blade didn't lock and is retained by a very weak spring. The first time I used it I nearly took my fingers off. I would strongly recommend that you take the Balance product off the market. It is dangerous.”
