I’ve used you guys before,these were the 4th and 5th of the same speakers I’ve purchased off of you guys. It’s a very decent Bluetooth speaker for work as I never listen to the radio. One of the latest products you sent me though has a kind of its own. It cuts in and out,and just stops working. The other one works fine atm. Just a shame as I thought both of these speakers woukd have kept me going for at least a year, yet I’m already on the second. Absolutely no issue with your staff,always been friendly,and the items get to me safely in very good time

Delivery took 2 weeks after order was made headphones ordered are available elsewhere for less than £5 so Gear Geek ripping people off charging £24 plus for these.

The head phones are not what I ordered, they are too big for my ears and to make it worse do not work. They connect for two seconds then say power off. I have tried charging them but still the same thing

Earphones I bought were available for £5.99 on a different site. I can't remember which one but i left a review on trust pilot if anyone wants to find out which one mentioning the other site. This company charged £24.99 for them....

I paid for 1-2 day delivery as I needed my order before I was going away. The package arrived 4 days later and therefore I was unable to use the product whilst I was in holiday. I found this very frustrating as the reason I bought the product and paid the express delivery was because I needed it for my holiday.

Item not received! I ordered some earphones for my son and paid for next day delivery. After waiting patiently for three days, they didn't arrive. I called Gear Geek & was told that they will be delivered, and that because of the weekend, its still within the time frame (I ordered them on a Wednesday)! Two days later they still hadn't arrived, so I called again. They apologised, said that they were with the courier and that Gear Geek would refund my postage. Again, two days later, I've not received my postage refund or the earphones. Very poor, very unhappy!

Not impressed at all. This guys are selling what they call “ear buds pod 2” for £24.99 when in reality they are sending you i11TWS ear buds which deep for half that price everywhere else. It’s a good product but very misleading. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone on that basis.

I received my ear buds in good time but they dont work. I called the number on the website to be told by an automated message to email and they would get back within 48 hours. It is now 72 hours later and I haven't heard a word.

I received item ordered very quickly. Unfortunately did not work in my area. After filling in online request to return item was informed someone would contact me within 48hrs. Here I am almost 4 days later still waiting.

Cheap gear , cheap returns policy. No prepaid returns label, have to pay returns yourself , so what the point ,lose more money.
