“The black cartridge worked fine but when I fitted another colour later it did not work, the printer just could not recognise it and the chip looks different. I haven't tried the remaining cartridges in the set as I gave up and bought some from another company. I was advised to complete an online form for return and refund but heard nothing more.”

“The attachment I bought for my iPad, C to Jack, and charger simultaneously, did not work. I have since bought a C to Jack attachment from Apple and this works, so there is nothing wrong with the iPad function. It would seem the generic item I purchased from Gear Geek is not compatible with Apple products.”

“When I first used the ear pods I was thrilled but after 3 months of very light use; a couple of hours three or four times a week they are not holding their charge and the one ear pod which charges to 50% max is seems to be playing a different audio to the visual I am looking at. I hate them with a vengeance so do NOT buy”
