“I am appalled with the service. I bought a new car, insured it then two days later got a email to contact them. They then said my policy had changed by over 300 pounds because I had exchanged my South African drivers licence for a United kingdom one. I have been driving for 32 years. I contacted a different insurer and they told me that was nonsense and gave me a far better rate. Insure to drive refused to refund the money I had paid two days before. I had been a customer for two years with them.”
