“Poor service and awkward staff - everything seems a chore. They sell policies with items as standard but don’t offer savings if you don’t need eg RAC. They also won’t issue quotes to check before commital. You only find out you’re not covered or something is missing after you’ve paid out in full or the deposit. Refunds are dealt with tardily - I’d avoid and give no stars if possible”
