“I am giving 3 star because the customer service is not good, from my past experience. Also I cannot view the details of policy documents on online customer portal. whenever I click to open the policy certificate it opens new tab which is totally blank.
I would recommend to improve and hopefully next time if I am satisfied will give good review”
“Quote price great but got stuck in a loop on their website when adding to the quote that meant it took ages to finalise the deal. Phone line wasnt much better as when I selected car insurance then speak to someone it took me back round the same loop 3 times before I got fed up and chose another option. I finally managed to talk to someone but they couldnt actually help much other than to apologise for the issues and promise to report them. I hope the systems have been sorted as its not a great customer experience when this happens.”
