“Prices are mis-leading.
Went on the money supermarket comparison site and added breakdown cover go skippy essentials was the cheapest and breakdown cover was added for £39.99, but when I went onto the site the price was the same but didn't come with breakdown cover and to add it I had to upgrade and pay an extra £75. Managed to finally get through to someone and all I was told is ' there's nothing we can do as the essential doesn't come with breakdown cover'”

The disappointing part of this process was that when searching other sites then going back to my quote the price kept going up. Eventually had to pay £100 more than initial quote.”
“Happy with the fast option to buy online a policy and good prices. On the other hand, if you try to call the insurance company they no answer. I've tried for few days to call and change my payments from annual to monthly on my renewal and no luck. I tried to amend online my policy just to be told at the end that I need to call them for changes. I mean, why do you add this option online if you are not allowed to do changes that way?
Also, they should add this option to do it online to save time wasted on phone calls. I had to buy online a new policy with them with monthly payments.”

“Just got my insurance with them and it was really quick and cheap. Only thing i would suggest is to put more work into the website, my previous insuance had a lot more on their website and i could access everything and also a online chat for quick questions so you dont have to call up.”
