“I initially tried to buy my car insurance through yourselves and it would not accept my card, I have never had this issue in my life. When I called your customer services they were not very helpful and basically said they couldn’t do anything and that I would have to find some one else… in the end my husband used his card even though we have a joint account which is ridiculous. Also I have been sent numerous emails about husbands driving sunmary then I had to sign a credit agreement, I’ve never known an insurance company do this before it’s been a very long process”
