“Refused to swap my car insurance over to my new car, but then when I was looking through quotes I saw they had offered to insure me on it after I cancelled with them. Also bad customer service was a nightmare to get in contact with anyone and when I eventually did they were not very helpful.”

“Awful company, staff lie and say they will remove a change then they charge you twice! Only resolution offered was to reduce future payments after waiting at least 2-3 days for a ‘supervisor’ to call back. No insight into leaving people in financial hardship for their error, no apology. DO NOT USE! I cannot wait until my policy expires I will NEVER use them again.”
