“This is probably not the fault of GoSkippy, but I changed my address 1 week after taking out a car insurance policy. I was immediately quoted an additional fee of £78 - just to change my address! I contacted them and asked why I was being charged this amount for just changing my address. The answer I got was that it was based on risk. I explained that in fact I had moved just 4 miles from my previous address and I had moved from parking my car on a driveway outside my house on a busy main road, to a cule-de-sac which is accessed by a private road. So in fact, the new address surely reflects a lower risk or at least the same level of risk. They couldn't explain how that risk was calculated and couldn't point me in the direction of someone who could explain this increase. Setting up my insurance with Go Skippy was fine, but this has left a bitter taste. 20 minutes on a phone call for nothing!”

“I'm a new car owner who was recently looking for cheap insurance then someone introduced me to Money Market where I found GoSkippy insurance and it was a bit cheaper than the ones I've seen so far, I made a mistake during the application and I didn't have to wait for ages before someone could help me sort it out, cancelled it and I had to do another one even tho I was charged £25, paying for my mistake I guess haha but aside that, their application process and all was straightforward and I hope everything goes well before the next renewal, I'll stop here for now .”
